    Dear Natalie,

I was directed to your website following my recent call to the cake college as I have been struggling to find any classes or courses for gluten free cake baking. I understand you have specialised in this so was working seeing if you could let me know either if you run classes specifically for this or was aware of where I can find some?

    Kind Regards,

It’s a well written and informative article. I stay in India and am just on the verge of starting a bake take away from home. I don’t intend to decorate my cakes. Just keeping them simple for the time being. So in such a scenario how do I price them.Packing also keeping it minimal.
